Privacy settings to check today
- Training on your chats: each assistant has a setting controlling whether your conversations may be used to improve models. Decide on purpose.
- Memory: see what it remembers about you, delete what you don't want.
- Temporary/incognito chats: use them for sensitive one-offs.
- Work data: follow your employer's policy; business plans usually exclude your data from training.
- Never paste: passwords, full card numbers, or other people's private data.
